About the gluten-free options:
We are not a gluten-free bakery. We are a vegetarian bakery that provides a variety of options that are gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and more. The Dear Potato kitchen is a small space that regularly uses products containing gluten which makes us not a safe space for those with actual life-threatening allergies. Please dine at your own risk if you are intolerant of gluten. The gluten-free flour that we use in all our GF bakes is Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Flour.
About the vegan options:
We are very passionate about vegan baking which is why we have so many wonderful vegan options! The vegan butter that we use in our bakes is Earth Balance. The vegan cream cheese that we use is by Tofutti. These vegan products are not soy-free. Our “meats” are all plant-based; however, they all contain gluten so they cannot be made into gluten-free piroshki.
FAQs:
Canola oil is our oil of choice at Dear Potato. We use oat milk for all of our bakes and the only “actual milk” that we have on site is half & half for coffee. While we wish we could use organic products for everything that we do, it’s more important to us to provide affordable food.
The Piroshki Offerings:
An Eastern European baked bun that contains a variety of fillings. *These are not gluten-free.

Garlicky Broccoli (v)
Broccoli, caramelized onions, garlic, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese.
Goaty McGoat Face (v)
Goat cheese, pistachios, honey, smoked sea salt.
Seattle Dog (v)
Field Roast frankfurter, cream cheese, onion, jalapeño, sauerkraut.
Cheezy Blaster (vg)
Field Roast frankfurter, nutritional yeast roux, jalapeño.
Potato + Sauerkraut (vg)
Mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, sauerkraut.
Cauliflower Curry (vg)
Cauliflower, onion, coconut based curry.
Meatball Marinara (vg)
Gardein “meatballs”, marinara sauce, oregano, vegan “mozzarella”.

*We can make most of these piroshki gluten-free by request. Gluten-free piroshki orders must be submitted online at least 24 hours in advance.

Rosemary + Nutritional Yeast Bear Bun (vg)
Adorable, savory bun. Nutritional yeast is a delicious cheese alternative that has a slightly nutty flavor!

Super garlicky biscuit with cheddar cheese. Inspired by the famous Red Lobster biscuit.
Daily Vegan Donut (vg)

A traditional chocolate chip cookie (but very large) with Maldon sea salt flakes.
Disco Cookie
A Dear Potato invention that’s inspired by Studio 54. A half pound cookie with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, frosting, sprinkles, sea salt, and edible glitter.

Soups:
Borscht (vg/gf)
A beet based soup that contains beets (obviously), potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, cabbage, and spices. Can be served with sourcream and green onions upon request. *The sourcream is not vegan.
